The value of the training was in the facts presented from  various sources, that the students could use to form their own opinions. My generation worked hard for a year and I am glad to have been proclaimed the best student. I think that all students of the Croatian Defence Academy  “Dr. Franjo Tuđman” should strive to win the title of the best student and do their best to achieve it.  My message for the future generations is to profit from their study periods. They are really offered many benefits  from which they can choose contents of their interest and achieve personal  and professional growth.

2^nd Lt. Anamaria Ćurković, member of Croatian Air Force – the best student of the 22nd generation of Basic Officer Training – Military Aeronautics

The training was demanding but a great wish to fly  motivated us through. I’m honoured to be selected as the best student and to have been a part of this generation. My message for the future generations is to do their best throughout the study period. In addition to learn to fly, it is also important  to develop as a person and as a soldier.

This training is a pinnacle in each NCO’s career.  It was demanding, but yielded  visible results.  The biggest value of training was the joint students’ work, which contributed to our individual successes. I am grateful for their support and for the support of my family, which helped me earn the title.  I have been a member of the Croatian Armed Forces for 27 years already and I am proud of this success.

I am proud and I deeply hhonoured to be proclaimed the best instructor considering  other good instructors of the NCO School; I am glad that my work and the commitment have been recognised and will continue to do my best passing the knowledge and experience on to students of the NCO  School.

I am glad to have been a part of the training, which has been a new step and experience in my career.  I would like to commend all  instructors and lecturers – it was an honour to work with them.

Each training programme is an opportunity  to expand one’s knowledge  and make new friends. I hope that  I will be able to use the  knowledge  and skills acquired in this training and that they will enable my professional development in  the Croatian Armed Forces.

The graduation from the Basic NCO training has motivated me to make personal progress  within the Croatian Armed Forces and  for the development of my unit, to which I will be passing the knowledge acquired at this level. Our motivated instructors  have had an important role in our education. Each training is an opportunity to learn new things, which will be of use for our future work and training in the Croatian Armed Forces.

I have acquired the knowledge required for the military duty, even more than I had expected. It was demanding but I think I have mastered all subject matters; I would like to thank everyone who gave me the chance and proclaimed me the best student; it really means a lot to me. My message for the future generations is to train hard, to take an active part in the lectures and pay attention to the teaching staff and acquire knowledge from them.
