Cadet commissioning ceremony 

The cadets of the 13th graduate and of the 14th generation of undergraduate Military Engineering and Military Management studies were assigned with the assignment documents.

A total of 25 cadets of the Croatian Defence Academy were commissioned and presented with the assignment documents and officer dress daggers

Lt. Gen. Pađen congratulated cadets on their commissions. ”You will remember this important day for the rest of your lives”.

The Croatian Military Academy “Dr. Franjo Tuđman” on 2 November 2020 hosted the cadet commissioning ceremony for the cadets of the 13th and 14th generations of graduate and undergraduate military studies programmes (Military Engineering and Military Management).

A total of 25 cadets of the Croatian Defence Academy were commissioned and presented with the assignment documents and officer dress daggers by the Commander of the Croatian Defence Academy Lieutenant General Mate Pađen and Commander of the “Predrag Matanović” Cadet Battalion Captain Hrvoje Šimleša.

Lifelong learning

Lt. Gene. Pađen congratulated cadets on their commissions.

 “You will remember this important day for the rest of your lives”, said Lt. General Pađen, who also stressed that the cadets chose military careers consuming all their time. The Croatian Defence Academy prepared the cadets for the challenges ahead of them and various lifelong learning programmes would bring them to the Academy in the future too.  Lt. Gen. Pađen also said that task execution was absolute priority for, and each of them had the responsibility for the course of their careers.
